Policy

Wellworth affirms that the health and welfare of all employees including our subcontractors are essential in achieving company’s mission to provide a supporting working environment. It is the policy of Wellworth Management as a professional and reputed business establishment to provide and maintain a place of work that is healthy and safe working environment without risk to employees and others working on or visiting our sites/offices. We ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and best practice principles in the industry. The worker Policy is reviewed for period of one year to ensure its effectiveness and will be amended as deemed necessary.

We adopt the following measures to achieve our goal.

  • Follow free recruitment policy and ensure that employees understand the terms and conditions.
  • Provide a safe and healthy working and living environment to all our employees.
  • Ensure workforce is free from discrimination.
  • Ensure not to allow any kind of human right violations.
  • Ensure that workforce including subcontractors receive equal pay for equal work in timely manner.
  • Provide a mechanism for reporting welfare grievances and procedures for remediation.
  • All employees receive full induction training covering company safety, environmental and ethical procedures.
  • Provide suitable and sufficient welfare facilities.
  • Provide all necessary safety devices and protective equipment to perform a work task safely.
  • Conduct suitable and sufficient assessments on any risks in relation to health/safety management and take appropriate corrective action.
